About monkhos
What is monkhos?
A monk fruit based liquid sweetener for convenient everyday sweetening. It comes in a compact 10 ml drop bottle, so you can add sweetness a little at a time.
What is monk fruit?
Monk fruit, also called luo han guo, is a small, round green fruit native to southern China, known for its natural sweetness. It is the sweetening ingredient in monkhos.
Does it taste like sugar?
Taste is personal, and monk fruit can taste a little different from sugar. Start with a small amount, taste, and add more until it is right for you.
Is it suitable for people with diabetes?
monkhos is a food product, not a medicine, and we do not make medical claims. If you have diabetes or another health condition, are pregnant, or follow a diet advised by your doctor, please ask your doctor before use.
Using monkhos
How do I use it?
Add a small amount to your drink or food, mix well and adjust to your preferred sweetness.
How many drops should I use?
Start with a small amount, stir and taste, then add more until it is just right. Everyone’s taste is different. We will publish a measured drop guide once drop size and sweetness have been validated on the final product.
Where can I use it?
Tea, coffee, smoothies, drinks, food and desserts: from masala chai and filter coffee to nimbu pani, oats and curd.
How long does it last?
Please follow the best-before date and storage directions on your bottle’s label. We will publish the final shelf-life statement here once stability testing is complete.

What is it made from?
The current formula is monk fruit, water and vitamin C. The approved label on your bottle is always the final reference.
Does it contain sugar?
We will publish full nutrition information from the final approved label once retail testing is complete. Until then, the label on your bottle is the reference.
Does it contain erythritol?
Erythritol is not in the current monkhos formula, which is monk fruit, water and vitamin C. The approved label on your bottle is always the final reference.
Does it contain preservatives?
The current formula is monk fruit, water and vitamin C, and the approved label on your bottle lists every ingredient. Formulation and stability documents will be published on our Lab & quality page once they are final.
Where can I see your lab reports?
Final lab reports for monkhos will be published on our Lab & quality page once retail testing is complete.
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across India. Orders ship within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your PIN code. You get tracking by email once it ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, processed securely by Cashfree Payments.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel any time before your order ships. As monkhos is a food product, opened bottles cannot be returned, but if your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full.
How do I track my order?
We email you the courier and tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on the Track order page.
