Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Email us through our contact page with your order number and we will cancel it and refund the full amount. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, email us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Returns

monkhos is a food product, so for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or returns for a change of mind.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
